Bedford Lending Corporation is a direct HUD / FHA and commercial mortgage banking company that provides financing solutions for apartments, healthcare facilities, senior living, hospitals, and commercial real estate nationwide. Our direct HUD programs allow borrowers to acquire, refinance, construction, or rehabilitate properties with 85-95% financing. All HUD programs are non-recourse and offer fixed interest rates for 35-40 years.

In addition to HUD / FHA, BLC has exclusive relationships with institutional lenders throughout the country, and aggressively leverages those relationships to provide flexible financing for office, retail, industrial, and other property types not eligible for our direct HUD programs. Founded in 1991, the company has funded over $3 billion in closings.
