HUD 221d4 Powerpoint Presentation - Updated for 2019

We have updated our 221d4 Powerpoint to include further clarification of the benefits of tax exempt bonds (LIHTC) in combination with HUD financing, along with the benefits of the new "Green MIP" initiative secured by completing energy benchmarking reports. This Green initiative lowers debt service, reduces operating expenses, and reduces HUD programmatic fees at little to no cost increase in construction.
