Bedford Lending Corporation is a direct commercial mortgage banking company, which provides commercial finance solutions for real estate owners/investors nationwide. BLC combines its direct HUD, USDA and portfolio loan programs with its affiliate Conduit, SBA, Fannie Mae, and Insurance partners to offer the widest array of loan programs for apartment, commercial, healthcare and business loans.

We offer a broad array of finance options, from our small loan programs, which are managed by dedicated specialists, to complex development, business and real estate transactions which are underwritten, structured and funded by our senior partners.

Founded in 1991,  BLC has 18 offices serving clients nationwide, and has closed over $3 billion in commercial loans.

BLC's team is comprised of former Bank Presidents, Senior  Managers, and leading industry specialists who have a combined 100 years experience structuring real estate and business loans. This extensive experience enables BLC to offer value added consulting and advisory services to develop strategies and fund deals that other lenders cannot. Most lenders are focused on one or two products and do not have the programs or knowledge to structure difficult transactions.  At BLC, we have built a reputation on delivering innovative lending solutions for our clients.  See BLC's Creative Solutions

As a full service mortgage banking firm, BLC works as your financial advisor and lender. We carefully guide our clients through the finance maze, spending many hours evaluating the pros and cons of each alternative so that our clients can make fully informed financial decisions.
