Self-Storage

In addition to our direct HUD / FHA programs, Bedford Lending provides Agency, Bank, Bridge, and Conduit finance programs for the acquisition, refinance, new construction, and substantial rehabilitation of self-storage facilities nationwide.

Terms include 75-90% LTV, 5 - 30 year fixed rates, low closing fees, abbreviated processing times (most loans take less than 90 days start to finish), and limited third party report costs. The majority of these loans are also non-recourse and assumable.

We recognize there are many financial terms and conditions, such as loan to values, debt coverage ratios, prepayment, and more that a borrower needs to fully understand prior to determining the most effective finance solution available.
