In addition to our direct HUD / FHA programs, Bedford Lending provides Agency, Bank, Bridge, and Conduit finance programs for the acquisition, refinance, new construction, and substantial rehabilitation of retail properties nationwide.

Terms include 75-90% LTV, 5 - 30 year fixed rates, low closing fees, abbreviated processing times (most loans take less than 90 days start to finish), and limited third party report costs. The majority of these loans are also non-recourse and assumable.
